Cookbooks I Own
I love cookbooks. I have far too many and try to resist buying more but occasionally something just begs to be brought home. I also have a subscription to Olive Magazine and BBC Good Food Magazine.
Why ‘too many’? Well, even if I cooked something different for every meal I wouldn’t get through them all. Of course, in every cookbook there are recipes that don’t appeal (as well as some that become favourites and get made over and over again). I keep promising myself that I will make something new, from book or magazine, at least twice a month. Perhaps I should add it to my goals? Thirty-six new recipes tried in the next eighteen months. That sounds easy enough, doesn’t it?
