Food re-education through a lens

The second week of my photo-diet project saw me making some changes to what I ate. I weighed or measured most of my food and filled in my food diary on weightlossresources and took care not to overload my plate
The next step was to ensure that I could still see some of the plate after I put my dinner on it.
