Product review:

Where from

Marks & Spencers

Number of servings

Would easily do two for lunch

Cooked rice, tuna (7%), prawns (4%), rice vineagar, avocado (3%), sugar, cucumber, soy sauce (2%), smoked salmon (2%), pickled ginger (2%), pasteurised fress range egg, teriyaki sauce, red peppers, toasted sesame seeds, wasabi, mayonaisse, chives, salt, black sesame seeds, dried seaweed, spinach, full fat soft cheese, water, rapeseed oil, mirin, lime juice, lemon juice, dried whole milk, parsley, lime zest, black pepper.

Ease of use

No cooking or preoaration required.

Taste test

Beeter, fresher, flavour than the Sainsburys and Tescos ones I’ve tried. The salmon tasted wonderful and prawns were good, too. The veggies were lovely and crisp.

Use again?

Hello! I’ve recently been admiring your food photos on Flikr. I’m hooked on food photos 🙂 I love to get ideas for meals this way. So many of your meals are so colourful & delicios looking. You’re doing a wonderful job at photographing them too!
I began photographing my meals this year as well. It’s a fun way to keep a food journal.

Thank you for the compliment Karen. My other photos are at http://www.flickr.com/photos/jacqib

I find it a fun and quick way too, and you can actually see how much you ate.
